Camp Fontanelle Field Trip!
Thank you to Camp Fontanelle staff and all of our parent volunteers that helped make today's field trip a success! Through the rain and mud, students learned Math concepts in the pumpkin patch, sensory writing, a nature hike, historical cemetery information, animal science at the petting zoo, map navigation in the corn maze, and had an opportunity to also play with the numerous fun game stations located all over the grounds!

Chicken Mummification!
Mr. Vanek's Social Studies classes are incorporating Science into their Ancient Egypt Unit. One day per week, students will complete the next stage of mummifying their "subjects" as a hands-on way to learn about this cultural Egyptian tradition and process. Photos have been posted below to show you what our 7B students have been up to.
